The 11/8/69 guy is a mystery....a poet in the roadcrew?
12/29/69 is just a freak in the audience - 3/8/70 apparently was too, or maybe he was a "guest" of the band's, either way they let him take over for quite some time, check the debate in the reviews:

As far as guests, this guy's the worst - Wayne Ceballos sang the Lovelight on 6/8/69 - and there's the unknown babbler on the 8/23/69 Lovelight - then there's the madness of the 7/12/69 Lovelight.
Of course the Dead were probably glad to see Ken Babbs onstage at Woodstock (he also does some chatter at the 5/31/69 show) - if we're discussing "angry Dead", the Woodstock show is definitely one occasion where they were upset & alarmed by all the equipment troubles!

Occasionally in '69 the Dead had actual musical guests too (Elvin Bishop 6/6+8/69, Ron Hawkins 6/13/69, Charles Lloyd 8/21/69, Peter Green 2/1/70, possibly Gregg Allman 7/7/69, the Santana drummers 5/29/69, and the sax & violin players on 8/3/69).
